I had an unplanned, stressful situation with my X5 and Elizbeth Kolter waved her "magic wand" and took my blues away ! Let me mention that I am 80 miles away! She is truly a miracle worker, because she did this in 24 hours. Also, Chad Spidle, sales manager, ordered a new BMW for me and got it built in a timely manner during the pandemic ! This dealership is like the "Magic Kingdom !" Although I don't believe they have family reunions, there is definitely a family atmosphere !
I found myself in a really difficult situation and Elizabeth and the rest of the team made everything so easy. From the towing, to the repairs, to the friendly communications they were great!
My service advisor meets me promptly when I arrive and never over promises but gets my car out by the time she says she will. She explains any needed service without any hard sale but discusses my use of the vehicle and how that will impact this suggested service

I have been driving BMW vehicles for a short time. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the service staff at D&R. Kyra and Elizabeth are allows going above the call of duty in regards to keeping me informed of the status of our vehicles. I have not had a situation where I needed to bring back our vehicles due to a wrong diagnosis or poor service by the service technician. Dreyer & Reinbold BMW South has been excellent in servicing my daughter's 328i. The service staff is knowledgeable and they explain in advance the items in need of servicing. I have found the entire team to be helpful, fast, friendly, and honest.

Everyone I’ve met in person or talk to over the phone or very personable and professional! Monica set up my appointment over the phone was very pleasant and efficient. The older gentleman that greeted me when I drove my car into service was very cordial! Once inside Monica set me up with a representative that was very kind and polite and a casual conversation with the parts lady was also very enjoyable! If I didn’t know any better, I would suspect that all of these employees enjoy their job!! Ha ha ha you just can’t train people ...
Inga Levitt was wonderful to work with during my search for the perfect BMW for me. She made it happen by actually ordering the car I wanted with the interior color I wanted which no other dealership was able to do.
