Best service visit in my sixty years of automotive experience with dealerships and maintenance staff. I dreaded the first oil change and the hour drive to Indianapolis. When the service manager piled on factory recalls, I balked. Jill offered a loaner car, gently suggesting that the seat belt inspection was a safety concern but the computer linking could wait. My service was performed by Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti South of Greenwood. Service Consultant Karen Dunbar is the absolute BEST! She always calls to inform me of anything the service technicians discover during my service. She explains what has been found and the level of severity. My car is always washed and interior vacuumed and ready on time. I will always buy my cars where Karen Dunbar works because she provides that level of comfort of knowing when I make a purchase if something is right she will make it right. She always does.

I had an unplanned, stressful situation with my X5 and Elizbeth Kolter waved her "magic wand" and took my blues away ! Let me mention that I am 80 miles away! She is truly a miracle worker, because she did this in 24 hours. Also, Chad Spidle, sales manager, ordered a new BMW for me and got it built in a timely manner during the pandemic ! This dealership is like the "Magic Kingdom !" Although I don't believe they have family reunions, there is definitely a family atmosphere !

When striving for perfection, you must have the right ingredients in the right combinations. I honestly believe that this dealership has made it ! I have been driving BMW vehicles for a short time. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the service staff at D&R. Kyra and Elizabeth are allows going above the call of duty in regards to keeping me informed of the status of our vehicles. I have not had a situation where I needed to bring back our vehicles due to a wrong diagnosis or poor service by the service technician. Everyone I’ve met in person or talk to over the phone or very personable and professional! Monica set up my appointment over the phone was very pleasant and efficient. The older gentleman that greeted me when I drove my car into service was very cordial! Once inside Monica set me up with a representative that was very kind and polite and a casual conversation with the parts lady was also very enjoyable!
